As a young child, I remember spending lazy summer days lying in the tall grass, gazing up at the clouds as they floated by. I would try to guess their shapes, imagining dragons or castles in the wispy white formations.
Over time, life has made us forget how to dream. We become caught up in our daily routines, and the beauty of the world around us fades into the background. However, there are still moments when I am reminded of the miracle of God's creation. Like when I see the sunrise over the ocean on a clear morning.
All my worries fall away in those moments, and I am filled with wonder and gratitude for this beautiful life.
