What We Do for the Downtrodden

"What we do for the downtrodden, the outcast we encounter is what we do for Jesus."
-from If I Really Wanted to Grow Closer to God I Would

Have you ever given money to an organization that helped women with unplanned pregnancies or recovering drug addicts? I have.

Have you ever given money to an organization that helps feed the hungry? I have.

I say it not to brag. I did it because, as a Christian, that's what I am to do.

In Matthew 25:37-40, Jesus says, "Then the righteous will answer Him, saying 'Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick or in prison and come to You?' And the king will answer and say to them, 'Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me'."

In A Pastor, Church Elder, and Church Member all Walk into a Convenience Store, one of these men showed the love of Christ when a stranger is beaten and left for dead. Find out who it was by ordering The Seeds Sown Series: Gospel Tracts with a Twist Issue #3.
