Today is a Gift of God

The popular saying goes, "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present." Indeed, this phrase captures the beauty and importance of living here and now. Of course, we can't control our past or future, but having control over today gives us a real sense of power.

What was done yesterday has been done, and there's no getting around it; worrying about tomorrow only adds unnecessary stress. So focusing on making today as meaningful as possible allows us to make the most out of each day - from taking care of our physical and mental health to making time for personal development - because life should be enjoyed rather than suffered through.

Taking time for ourselves every day reminds us that every moment counts and reminds us to live in gratitude for this present moment.

Gift From God (Video)

I smile when I think about people who "open" their gift from God and immediately run to see what someone else got and then - want what they have! People do that a lot in churches. And that's why I don't like when people play with God. It bothers me so much.

If they reject the gift that God gave them, then they'll reject the blessings too.
